He is also a level 2 certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition (Pn2), Certified Pre- and Postnatal Coach, and USA Olympic Weightlifting Coach (USAW).

David is also an Adjunct Professor at A. T. Still University where he teaches advanced graduate-level coursework in Functional Biomechanics, Exercise Science, and Evidence-Based Practice.
David’s research has focused on postnatal strength training and diastasis recti, one of the most misunderstood conditions new moms face. David has worked with hundreds of people ranging from professional and youth athletes to total beginners. His extensive education and experience allows him to work with a range of clientele, and particularly the most complex cases.
When not teaching or training clients, David enjoys playing and watching sports and spending time with his wife and three young kids.

What People Are Saying
I have been training with David Larson for about eight years and feel incredibly fortunate to be able to work out with him. He is knowledgeable, patient, fun, and creative with our workout routines. I trust his judgment and guidance completely, and would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is seeking to start, maintain, or advance their fitness goals.

It's not very often you run across a trainer with his doctorate in the field. When you talk with David, it's very clear he is a powerhouse of knowledge and really knows how to coach. I've always been active, but at 66 years old, I'm now in the best shape of my life!

I am 100% convinced that David’s training was a life saver for me.  I am 62 with a lifetime of great physical experiences —hiking, backpacking, running up hill every chance I got. But I noticed that more and more I was falling, tripping and hitting the ground far more than I liked.  It was of course a weakening of my core strength that is a downside of aging.  David’s expert training fixed that and did so much more. have never been stronger or more muscularity fit.  Through weekly sessions via FaceTime he changed and probably saved my life. About this I am serious and not exaggerating.  Falls and their consequences end more seniors’ lives than anything else.  Now if I trip or misstep, I have the strength in my core to catch myself.  I would respectfully suggest that this training is not optional, it is a necessary part of a healthy life.
